2. Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch your order once payment has been received and cleared. We will give you an estimated dispatch date when we confirm your order. Delivery times then depend on the destination and the courier; international parcels can also be held for customs clearance.
We email you when your order ships, and you can follow its status in your account under Orders.
3. Insurance and delivery
Every shipment is insured for its full value while it is in transit. Because of the value of our pieces, the courier may ask for a signature or proof of identity on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
4. Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the country we ship from, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST) and brokerage fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and they are paid by the recipient, usually to the courier on delivery. We cannot predict these charges; please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
We complete all export documentation for our stones, including any required by the authorities in Pakistan. We declare every shipment accurately, at its true value: we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
If a parcel is refused, or not collected from customs, the costs of returning it to us, and any duties or fees we are charged, will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please photograph it before opening it further, keep all packaging, and contact us as soon as possible. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will open a claim with the courier. Because every shipment is insured, we will repair, replace or refund an item lost or damaged in transit once the claim is settled.
